Scotland and Ireland's Views in Watercolor

As I collected photos of the countless views across the two countries, I had all the paintings I was excitedly planning swirling around in my head.

June-July 2024

We travled from mid-June through early July and traveled through Scotland before splitting off from one half of the family and continuing on to Ireland with my parents.

In the summer of 2024, I had the great privledge of traveling to Scotland and Ireland with my family. I got to sights beyond what a camera could capture so I couldn't help but anticipate the return home, my paints and brushed were calling to me.

A fast flowing, rocky river runs through a forest of trees against an almost cloudless sky.

A tunnel with a wire structure extends straight forward. It is covered in a thick layer of leafy branches from the trees planted along the bottom. There are vines dangling down and light dappling through the gaps on the walkway.
